One of the original style tools for engaging and turning valves with a rounded off operating nut. Our #40013 is made for 2" operating nuts. Other sizes are available, such as 1-3/4" M.W.R.A. OP. Nuts. The tapered sliding wedges, by gravity, slide and bind against 2 sides of the valve nut, allowing the gate to operate. #40013 is made to attach to any gate key with an open mud relief slot above the 2" wrench socket. It attaches thru the mud slot with a snap pin(supplied ).Coated black. A more economical alternative than our competitors very costly unit. |
